Customer service spans every facet of our operation, from the Account Executive who works with you to plan every detail that goes into the install of your trade show or event, to the customer service representatives who work with your exhibitors. This includes helping you plan from the earliest stages, coordinating your services with each department, to managing a successful show within your budget.

		Show Planning and Designing
		SourceOne has the creativity, experience and equipment to help make your show a success. We have extensive knowledge of venues nationwide. You can rest assure, SourceOne will create the most effective floor plan that will promote traffic low, impressive entrances, efficient registration areas and creative graphics. SourceOne’s CAD program will help you envision your event months before you move in.

Exhibitor Services
For your exhibitors, we provide the pre-show contract, a user friendly exhibitor kit, and exhibitor service reps available to answer any questions and help with processing orders. Our onsite personnel will be stationed at our Exhibitor Service Center located on the show floor to assist with any last minute orders, inbound shipping tracking and outbound shipping coordination. SourceOne will be there every step of the way to service your number one clients, - "your exhibitors"

		Custom Graphics
		Our experienced and talented in-house graphics department uses state of the art technology to create everything from basic booth ID signs, to brilliant photo murals, efficient directional signs, visible aisle signs and banners to add excitement to all your events. The graphic artists at SourceOne will work closely with you to bring all your ideas to life and to assure a lasting impression.

Special Events
The SourceOne design team specializes in collaborating with our clients one on one to create a personal vision. We start by translating this vision to color renderings and floor plans, while our production crews bring it all to life. By using theme props and the latest technology, we will create the perfect environment for your next event. Whether it’s a theme party, stage set, awards ceremony, new product launch or a grand opening, you can rely on SourceOne.

		Labor
		SourceOne has skilled installation crews to set up and dismantle for every size event, from the largest tradeshows to a single exhibit. From pre-show planning, to carefully packing up your exhibit for the next show, we will coordinate all phases of your booth installation and dismantle. We take pride in the work we do, and the end result is easy, smooth and most of all cost-effective.

Audio Visual
We will work closely on pre-show production to post-show closing. We have an extensive inventory of equipment and services which include professional sound systems, specialty lighting, multi-media projection and concert staging. SourceOne can offer everything you need to deliver an effective message to your audience. You can count on our audio-visual producers, designers and technicians to guarantee your complete satisfaction.

		Material Handling and Shipping Services
		SourceOne carefully tracks shipments, both inbound and outbound, and ensures safe and efficient handling from our experienced personnel. We also handle your exhibitors advance receiving, storage of freight, to receiving exhibitors shipments on show site the day of exhibitor move-in. During move out, we help the exhibitors make all their shipping arrangements. From moving their shipments, to assisting selected carriers, we make shipping easy.

Cleaning Services
The appearance of your exhibit will encourage attendees to visit your space; it will enhance your products and services as well as your corporate image. With our cleaning services, your staff will be able to concentrate on what is important, marketing your products and services without the work or worry of beginning their day or ending the day by cleaning the booth.
