Position: Account Executive
Description: Prospect and develop sales and manage client base
 
Duties:

  • Generate leads through prospecting
  • Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of all products and services
  • Write and submit proposals to prospective and existing clients
  • Develop presentations for prospective clients
  • Close sales from leads generated through prospecting
  • Schedule all approved events and trade shows in Outlook
  • Manage logistics of each event and trade show between Warehouse and Exhibitor Services
  • Sales forecasting
  • Submit floor plan requests to Project Management for development
  • Submit floor plans to client, facility and Fire Marshall for necessary approvals
  • Obtain facility details and requirements for each event or trade show
  • Submit request and details to Exhibitor Services Department for the Exhibitor Services Manual based on each individual event or trade show
  • Manage graphics artwork and production schedule
  • Secure labor for all events and trade shows
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Show site supervision, if required
  • Maintain accurate Profit/Loss statements on all events and trade shows
  • Meet sales goals

 
Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Extensive Trade Show industry knowledge
  • Proficient in Excel/Microsoft Word
  • Labor Supervision and Show Floor Management
  • 3-5 years industry sales experience
